I’m Darya Behnejad.
A Conscious Growth Director and Tech Consultant with a background in Business Mathematics from the University of Technology in Berlin.
Part of my world is spent helping large companies scale by aligning teams, systems, and emerging AI — creating the kind of efficiency that frees people to do meaningful work.
The other part is Conscious Counsel — where i work with founders who are ready to expand with the market and embrace change while staying grounded in their core foundations and values.
